FIRST NATION FITNESS offers Indigenous Peoples the opportunity to learn how to incorporate healthy habits into their daily lives. A certified fitness professional will guide participants through an 8 workout series to demonstrate proper bio-mechanics and alignment, cardiovascular endurance, strength training, improved flexibility and healthy nutritional habits. This comprehensive one-on-one approach is our way of assisting indigenous communities to become active for life - one person at a time!
